Hashwa Kiwanis Ma'a Khobaz. Giblet-Bread Stuffing
Ingredients:
2 c Giblets - cooked
1 1/2 t Sage,
1 1/2 c Boiling Water,
1 1/2 t Salt,
3/4 c Butter,
2 T Prepared mustard,
1/2 c Onion minced,
2 T Celery diced ,
1/4 t Black Pepper,
3 qt dry breadcrumbs,
1 T Poultry seasoning,
2 T Parsley minced

Method:
Chop giblets.
Combine boiling water, butter and onion and simmer 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients amd mix well.
Place in baking tray and bake about 30 minutes in 350F oven or use to stuff cavity of 8 pound bird.
