Ingredients: 1 ga Yogurt, 1 table spoon Salt |
ENJOY 2 Cups |
Method: Pour yogurt into cheesecloth or muslin bag. Hang over pan to catch liquid. Set overnight - excess liquid will drain off. Yogurt will become firm enough to spread. Remove cheese the following day and play in a dish. Sprinkle salt on top. Serve spread on flat loaves of Lebanese or Pitta Bread. Try it with olives. |
